Transform your body and mind

Your practitioner will first give you a quick explanation of their Reiki treatment and ask if you have any questions.They will then leave the room while you get comfortable fully clothed, face up on a massage table.

Your practitioner will knock when coming back into the room, make sure you are comfortable on the table and then begin their treatment by first energetically securing the room and then opening your energy. Hand placements may be used to channel the Reiki energy.

Some clients feel heat coming from the practitioners hands, this is normal and is the Reiki energy being channeled through their body and into yours.

Each session is unique and sensations rage from sensations of warmth, seeing colours behind the eyes, images or dream like messages and even a feeling of floating off of the table.

Some clients don’t feel much but don’t worry your therapist is still picking up on messages from your energy centres and will discuss them with you after the treatment.

Once Reiki session is complete your practitioner will step out of the room for you to slowly come up off the massage table to standing and then when you are ready they will come back into the room to share what they found in your energy.

Clients may be processing the changes for 1-2 days after Reiki healing and we always recommend rest, hydration and enjoying the sense of calm after treatment.
