2019 - Remedial Massage Therapy Certification 

from Evolve College 

Kirstie Hayden graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2019. She chose to become an RMT because of her desire to help improve people’s mental and physical health by providing a safe space for relaxing their body and mind. Kirstie is passionate about giving relaxing, quiet, and soothing treatments to provide her clients the comfort and space they need to unwind emotionally and/or physically. She enjoys the use of essential oils and hot towels as part of her treatments and is trained in hot stone as well as Swedish massage. In addition, she also enjoys the use of trigger point therapy, myofascial work, and educating her clients about stretching and exercise to help them keep their body and mind well balanced.  

She has travelled to over 13 different countries, is a self-taught and avid sewer, and finds immense joy in growing/foraging much of her families food. Outside of work, she loves to travel to new places, attend music festivals, practice textile design, cooking, camping, and spending time with her husband and dog.
