Chanel has training in Swedish massage, myofascial release, structural therapy techniques, joint mobilizations, sports massage pre/post event, trigger point work, scar tissue release, remedial exercises, stretching including PNF/manual and active assisted, hot and cold stone massage and cupping therapy. She has learned about many different dysfunctions and has learned treatments and techniques to help each individually. She has experience in treating postural imbalances, acute/chronic low back pain, osteoarthritis and TMJ. 

Chanel is excited to gain more experience and further her knowledge to help provide better care for every client. Her main goal is that each client leaves feeling better than when they came in. She likes to start each session with the plan for the treatment along with assessment of injuries if needed.
